WHO WE ARE
In 1995, a group of executives came together for a common goal: to create a transformative program that was economically viable, socially just, and environmentally correct. This combination gave birth to Instituto Reciclar, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the economic inclusion of young people in situations of social vulnerability through professional qualification, market connection, and sharing of our expertise.
In 2017, in constant connection with innovation, we reformulated our Educational Program, developing a methodology in partnership with Comunidade Educativa (CEDAC). Aimed at building a life trajectory guided by protagonism and responsible action in society, our educational model combines the development of soft skills with technical qualifications and employability support.
We believe that education is fundamental to building a fair country with opportunities for all. Thus, in 2022, we launched our University Support Program, assisting young people who graduated from our Educational Program to continue their studies and enter higher education.
We also act as a knowledge catalyst, sharing our technical expertise in diverse areas of educational knowledge. Through our Multiplication Programs, we expand our impact by working in networks so that more young people can benefit from the knowledge built by the Institute throughout our trajectory.
