The Reciclar Institute’s Technology Training Program has the goal of training young people to work in the technology area, responding to a strong demand form the market. Young beneficiaries take a free course in technology, fully funded by Reciclar, in addition to going through a mentoring path for socio-emotional training and the development of a life project. In the end, young people still have support for employability from the Institute, having their resumes forwarded to vacancies at partner companies.

With this new project, inaugurated in 2022, Instituto Reciclar reiterates its mission to develop young people to undertake in life and in the community through an innovative educational model, technical qualification and employability support. The technology area has high employability rate and income generation potential, thus contributing to the productive inclusion of young people and improving in their quality of life.
