MULTIPLICATION PROGRAM

Based on our expertise developed with the Educational Program, we also started acting as a knowledge catalyst. Our Multiplication Programs share our educational knowledge in different areas, expanding our impact, always working to promote the productive inclusion of young people.

MENTORING PROGRAM

Through knowledge and self-knowledge journey, the Mentoring Program aims to develop technical skills and soft skills focused on the world of work. For this, it has systematized content and a training process and continuous individualized follow-up, as well as a support platform, Mentú. The technology contact the user with a market professional willing to share knowledge and experience about the most varied interfaces in work related field.

OUR MENTORING PROGRAM IS CARRIED OUT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COMPANIES AND OTHER SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS, FOR WHICH IT OFFERS:
Volunteer Management

Selection of volunteers adhering to the profile and match between mentor and mentee according to compatibility of values and area of expertise.

CUSTOM TRACK

Customized content of the meetings, duration of the process, approach and language adaptable according to the demands of the target audience.

WORKSHOP AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Training workshops and sharing best practices for mentors throughout the entire process, as well as providing a Code of Conduct.

JOURNEY MONITORING AND BACK OFFICE:

Ongoing support for using the platform and conducting sessions; program progress data analysis; follow-up meetings; reports to organizations.

EVALUATION PROCESS

User satisfaction assessment (NPS) and issuance of participation certificates.

PUBLIC EDUCATION SUPPORT PROGRAM

Our Public Education Support Program aims to freely share our technical expertise in various areas of educational knowledge with teachers and educators from public school systems. The Program is divided into five main lines of action to support educators in addressing these issues with their students.

Technology

Developing skills to understand, use and create digital information and communication technologies and use digital languages as a form of expression and communication.

FINANCIAL EDUCATION

Developing a financial mindset, allowing greater control and autonomy over finances. Supporting students to achieve financial independence by thinking, planning and acting for the long term.

Life Project

Promoting contact with the work field and developing the capacity for autonomy and protagonism to make choices with critical awareness and responsibility.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Developing protagonism, self-confidence, initiative practices, among other fundamental skills for students to develop as a person.

SOCIOEMOTIONAL SKILLS

Potentializing the development of socio-emotional skills and competencies that aim to look at the multiplicity of values of individuals during the teaching-learning process.

PARTNERSHIP WITH SÃO PAULO'S MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

In 2020, we started the implementation of the Technology work field of our Public Education Support’s Programme, in partnership with São Paulo’s City Hall and the Municipal Department of Education. The content of the project was elaborated in consonance with Brazil’s National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) 4 and 5 guidelines, that talk about using different languages for the communication, understanding and creation of digital technology of information in a critic and meaningful manner, in order to support teachers in the implementation of these guidelines in their classrooms. The methodology relates theory to practice, broadening the possibilities of use of the schools’ maker labs. Furthermore, the training process has as goal developing the ability of computational thinking by contents that include free software, 3D printing, laser cutting machines, robotics and unplugged coding.

Pilot project offered continuing education to 80 educators from the Butantã Regional Board of Education (DRE) in São Paulo city.

The first course of the Technology axis, Unplugged Coding offers ongoing training to 900 educators from the 13 DREs in São Paulo, benefiting 36,000 students.

In 2022, we implemented the Technology and Life Project axes, training 2,700 educators and benefiting more than 52,000 public school students in the Municipality of São Paulo and the State of Rio de Janeiro.
